Using the latest intraoral scanning technology from TRIOS®, we can capture a detailed picture of the health and structure of your teeth, giving us an exact model that we can use for dental implants, crowns, onlays, inlays, dentures, and more. What Can I Expect from Digital Impressions?
Unlike traditional impressions, digital dental impressions are a much more comfortable process. While you relax in one of our comfortable treatment chairs (with optional amenities to keep you extra cozy), a member of our team will position the TRIOS scanner inside your mouth and gently move it around as it captures all the corners and crevices of your teeth. After the scan is finished, an image of your teeth will show up on the monitor. If any areas were missed during the first scan, an easy re-scan will be performed to catch the additional areas, rather than using physical molds, which would require starting the whole process over.
