This patient had orthognathic surgery as a child with severe bone loss on her four front teeth and old bondings to convert her premolar to appear as a canine. She wanted a smile upgrade so after the four front teeth had implants placed, we restored her smile with 6 porcelain veneers and crowns and a four-unit implant bridge. We jumped a crossbite on her left side and converted a premolar to look like a canine to restore proper aesthetics and function.
